Recommendations
To ensure Southend Invictus F.C. remains financially sustainable, one of the following options is recommended:

Option 1 – Registration Fee Only
£125 annual fee per player
Requires sponsorship, grants or fundraising to cover the £235.50 shortfall and additional costs.

 

Option 2 – Registration Fee + Monthly Membership
£125 registration fee
£5 per month per player
Additional annual income:
£5 × 45 players × 12 months = £2,700
Projected position: £5,625 + £2,700 = £8,325 income £8,325 - £5,860.50 = £2,464.50 surplus

Option 3 – Registration Fee + £10 Monthly Membership
£125 registration fee
£10 per month per player
Additional annual income:
£10 × 45 players × 12 months = £5,400

Projected position:
£5,625 + £5,400 = £11,025 income
£11,025 - £5,860.50 = £5,164.50 surplus
This surplus could fund coach education, DBS checks, referee costs, transport, tournaments, new equipment and future club development.
