Southend Invictus Football Club Sponsorship Sheet 2026-27

Southend Invictus Football Club is a newly formed, community driven disability football club based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The club has been created to deliver an exceptional service to the disability community to enhance social, physical and mental wellbeing, through the love and passion we have for such a collaborative sport like football. The club officials all have a long standing interest and involvement within disability football and the disabled community as a whole, and it is our aim to ensure that we provide a safe, inclusive and fun environment where people are able to feel an important part of the community and able to maximise their skills as individuals and collectively. The club provides weekly training sessions at Garon Park in Southend for players of all ages to come and participate and also competes in the Essex Youth Soccability League and the South Essex Adults Soccability league, represented by one under 12s team, one under 16s team and, 3 adult teams and we are continuing to recruit players and grow our fantastic club. All soccability games are played as 7v7 fixtures.

We are currently looking for sponsorship opportunities to assist with the growth of our club and, to maximise the opportunities we are able to provide for our community. We have a number of operating costs as a football club and we would welcome sponsorship for any of the below areas to aid us in delivering our goals:

- Individual Team Matchday Front of Shirt Sponsorship
- Coaching Staff Training & Matchday wear Sponsorship
- Matchday, Tournament & Event Transportation Sponsorship
- Training Player of the Week Trophies for all individual teams
- End of Season Presentation participation trophies and, individual awards such as Player of the Season/Most Improved Player for individual teams

Individual Team Matchday Front of Shirt Sponsorship

We currently have 5 teams at the club:

1x - u12s
1x - u16s
3x - Adults

There is the opportunity to provide sponsorship for any of the above on an individual basis or, every team as a collective. Please see the collective and individual costs below

- Collective Sponsorship Price - £2,000. This includes shirt, shorts, socks and printing costs
- Individual Team Sponsorship Price - £500. This includes shirt, shorts, socks and printing costs We will look to obtain new matchday kits for the players every other season and therefore, the sponsorship period for matchday kits would be for 2 years, with the option to extend this further, should both parties agree. We would also ask that the sponsor pays for the kit provided to any new joiners during the period of sponsorship. To avoid a multitude of invoices being sent from the club to the sponsor whenever we have a new player, we would look to invoice the sponsor on a lump sum basis, when a certain financial figure is hit for kit costs, for example, £100.

Coaching Staff Training & Matchday wear Sponsorship

We currently have 8 coaches at the club, all of whom have the ability and qualifications to coach teams at all age groups. Coaches will be required to wear sponsored training wear at all training sessions, matches, tournaments and any external club organised events. We would also look to provide club and sponsorship branded clothing for our welfare officer and key committee members who attend all events. We would be looking to provide:

- Coaches Training Shirts
- Coaches Training Shorts
- Coaches Training Tracksuit Bottoms & Top
- Coaches Training Winter Coat/Jacket

There is the opportunity to provide sponsorship for any of our coaches on an individual basis or, every coach as a collective. Please see these costs below:

- Collective Coaches Sponsorship Price - £700. This Includes shirt, shorts, tracksuit, winter jacket and printing
- Individual Coaches Sponsorship Price - £100. This includes shirt, shorts, tracksuit, winter jacket and printing

We will look to replenish new coaches wear every other season and therefore, the sponsorship period for coaches wear would be for 2 years, with the option to extend further, should both parties agree.

Should we onboard any new coaches, we would ask the coach to seek a sponsor individually or, approach the sponsor if done on a collective basis, for the coach wear costs.

Matchday, Tournament & Event Transportation Sponsorship

As the club have teams across all age groups and as this is similar for most soccability football clubs, it often occurs that all teams of all age groups are required to be at the same external venue to compete in a tournament or league matches. We currently do not have access to transport that is large enough to transport all players and their carers or guardians to matches and this has limited the opportunities that we have been offered due to this being a huge part of logistics. We are seeking a willing sponsor for coach travel that can transport all players, coaching staff and carers should it be required. As the costs will likely vary based on the location and time at said location, these costs often vastly differ and therefore can be discussed and disclosed should an appropriate sponsor wish to contribute.

Training Player of the Week Trophies for all individual teams

As a club, we reward players on a weekly basis from each individual team for either the performance in training each week, their attitude towards the session in general or, in some cases, where they have achieved something recently within or outside of the football club that we feel deserves recognition. We have previously had sponsors provide a cylinder like trophy (similar to the premier league player of the match trophies) to present to the player who is awarded and they would then keep that for a week and return it at the following session. We would ask that the sponsor covers the costs of having the awards made or purchased. We would anticipate that we would require 10 trophies and this would be a maximum cost of £100. Any required replenishment or repairs would be covered internally by the club. Sponsorship would be agreed on a 1 season basis, with the option to extend should both parties agree.

End of Season Presentation participation trophies and, individual awards

The end of season presentation is a centrepiece event for the club where every player is recognised for their efforts within the club throughout the season. Each player is provided with a participation trophy and, we also present a multitude of awards for each individual team such as Player of the Year, Most Improved Player, Player’s Player of the Year. In addition to this, we reward match and training attendance milestones with certificates. We are looking for sponsorship for the individual awards and would welcome the attendance of the sponsor to present the award to the players. Due to the fluctuation of costs and players throughout a season, it is difficult to provide an expected outlay however, should you choose to sponsor this event or awards, we would be happy to have an open discussion about costs included and work with you to find the best solution for both parties.

Other Areas of Potential Sponsorship

In addition to all of the above areas of potential sponsorship, we would welcome enquiries for support with things such as:

- Winter wear and equipment such as wooly hats, rain jackets & umbrellas
- Sideline equipment such as water bottles, subs bench, equipment bags or trolleys and first aid kits.

These costs are variable and again can be discussed when negotiating sponsorship. What We can offer you as a Sponsor Should you choose to provide a sponsorship for our fantastic football club, we would be able to ensure that your branding is present on our club website, tagged in all social media posts and present on any flyers advertising the club itself or written communications sent to club members. We would also work with you to establish any other advertising opportunities that you, as the sponsor or the club may identify that would benefit both parties. As a disability football club, our goal is to bring communities together and maximise reach for both the club and your brand within target audiences that may not have previously been explored. With sponsorship for things such as End of Season Awards, we would love for any sponsor to be able to attend the club's presentation, present the sponsored awards to the players and see first hand what we are aiming to achieve. In addition to this, we are always actively looking into fundraising opportunities and events. We have successfully hosted a quiz night earlier this year and we will be looking to host more of these events. As a sponsor we would welcome any attendance or representation from your brand at club and fundraising events such as this and, this would present an opportunity for you to talk to people from the club about the business.

We thank you for reviewing this document and your willingness to discuss a potential sponsorship agreement. We hope that this document provides you with clarity of our values as a club and our intention to provide the best possible club for our community.
